1. Service Description
Sino Checkup provides a platform for overseas Chinese to book health checkup packages at partner hospitals in China. We act as an intermediary to facilitate bookings, payment, and report translation. We do not provide medical services directly.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating family profiles for bookings.
3. Booking & Cancellations
- Booking Confirmation: Appointments are confirmed only after payment is processed.
- Cancellations: Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a service fee.
- No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
4. Medical Reports
Reports are generated by the partner hospital. Sino Checkup provides translation and summary services for convenience. While we strive for accuracy, the original hospital report remains the official medical record.
5. Limitation of Liability
Sino Checkup is not liable for the medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment provided by partner hospitals. Any medical disputes must be resolved directly with the healthcare provider.
